All listed industrial components are subject to final quote verification. Pricing is based on wholesale tiered structures and current global logistics indices. While we strive for real-time inventory precision, item availability is confirmed only upon the issuance of a Sales Order. Quotes remain valid for 48 hours unless stated otherwise.
3. ORDERS & PAYMENTS
Orders are processed following electronic payment verification or under approved B2B credit terms. We accept secure wire transfers, corporate credit cards, and verified ACH payments. Axcelcore reserves the right to withhold shipment in the event of unsettled balances or pending credit review of the purchasing entity.
4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery timelines for heavy-duty components are estimates based on carrier reliability and customs clearance for international freight. Risks pass to the buyer at the point of handover to the logistics provider. Axcelcore is not liable for delays caused by maritime congestion, customs inspections, or extreme weather events.
5. WARRANTIES & LIMITATIONS
All genuine spare parts carry original manufacturer warranties. Axcelcore’s liability is strictly limited to the replacement value of the defective component. We provide no indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from part failure or improper professional installation. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full refund criteria.
6. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from commercial transactions with Axcelcore shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of Jamaica, NY. We reserve the right to amend these legal terms to reflect evolving global trade regulations.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
International freight is managed under DAP or EXW terms. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery of components to the specified carrier. Delivery timelines are estimates and Axcelcore is not liable for logistics delays beyond our immediate control.
5. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns are accepted within a 30-day window for unused components in their original, undamaged packaging. Restocking fees may apply for specialized heavy-duty items. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method upon successful inspection.
6. WARRANTIES & LIABILITY
Axcelcore honors original manufacturer warranties. Our liability is strictly limited to the replacement value of the component or a refund of the purchase price. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from component failure.
7. GOVERNING LAW
